First let's start with Cherry Pies this should be a required dessert. Cherry Pie should not be considered a Dessert, It should be thought of as a starting point for any meal. WHY? Let's start with the beautiful red color a flaky crust that does not require milk or water or any beverage to wash it down. You can actually eat the crust first. Then the flavor, slightly tart with just enough sugar to make your kids spin out of control, and while they do, you go back for a second piece.
