The Facility is up for sale, it's been up for sale for over a year.

I guess it is now sold and you may need to ocntact the Unitarian Church in Eugene Oregon for any future availability.

They could have made 30,000 to 40,000 dollars this past year.

Made Hundreds of dollars per man hour just opening and closing the building, but NO!

To Bad

Tried to help them but they all fell down, tripped because they could not pull their own pants up from around their knees..

 I actually had sent them over 40 people this past year, that  they could have rented out their facility to.  

But they were to worried about ancient history.

This is what could have happened.

But it did not go, for whatever the reasons, my thoughts do not count except for that I spent agreat deal of time for free, and I truly did not expect anything, except that I had High hopes that the Eugene or Lane County community could be a part of a WIN WIN WIN WIN situation

Emerald Valley Celebrations in association with the Scottish Rites Masonic Lodge on the corner of 13th and Chambers. We have been allowed by this organization to lead the industry in a revolutionary way by creating a special space for families to celebrate special occassions in Oregon.

Is now available for special uses, our seating capacity in the two adjacent dining halls will accommodate 278 persons.
In addition to the dining halls there is a fully certified kitchen, which include a large 6 burner stove top, double oven and grill top.

The main meeting hall which is connected two both of the dining halls via sliding doors can seat 448 people, and is available to seat an additional 200 plus persons for dining if necessary.

Also available is a fourth room which can accommodate an additional 100 people. This room could be utilized as a music room or under special circumstances permits may be acquired to allow alcohol to be served.

Our facility is available for a variety of events, and is perfectly suited to Celebration of Life and Memorial Services, birthday parties, receptions, reunions, lectures, meetings, and dances we also offer state of the art digital video and audio capabilities. Audio and Video equipment are available. Ask about our digital projector and screen, and let us know what your other AV needs are.

If you choose, your event could also be videotaped and broadcast over the internet as it happens.

Our biggest asset, is there is plenty of parking, we have 70 spaces in our immediate parking lot along with an additional 50 - 60 spaces within a very short distance of our facility.

Your guests will particularly enjoy the use of the free accessible parking at our facility. No more walking several blocks on rainy days and nights. No more feeding parking meters or worrying about expensive tickets, because you have a two hour meter, and you lost track of time.

If you have an event that requires immediate attention or has special needs.
Such as a Celebration of Life or Memorial service, we have people with years of experience at creating Special DVD Video presentations or slide presentations for your loved ones. They are the the best available in Oregon. We can also create very professional personal brochures.

We feel very fortunate that we get to be a part of changing the way people celebrate their loved ones lives and want this to carry over not just to memorials or celebration of life but to how we Celebrate our individual way of life.
